The interior of the house provides a calm, relaxing atmosphere filled with lots of natural light, plants, and artwork. As you enter the home, you walk into the entry level foyer that gives an impressive view of the main living area, back patio, and surrounding trees. As you proceed down the stairs to the main level, you walk past a variety of houseplants that set the tone for the space. The kitchen, dining room, living room, half-bath and patio access are all located on this floor. This space is ideal to enjoy a good book, a nice meal, music or your favorite show/movie.  

The bedrooms and main bath are located on the lower level of the house. This design feature creates an intentional separation of leisure/group time and quiet personal time for rejuvination.   

As designers, we have obsessed every detail from selecting locally roasted coffee for your morning drip, handpicking vintage vinyl and handcrafted ceramics to maximize your Portland experience.
